2-Days workshop on Empowering Young voices for Peace and Tolerance was hosted by Shaoor foundation & Youth Centric society in Muzaffarabad AJK on January 28,29- 2023.
There were 40 participants in the workshop selected through a selection mechanism of organizers. Workshop was community action project of Salamti Fellows (salamti fellowship is a project of Shaoor foundation) : Tabish Abbasi, Walija Nisar and Junaid iqbal.
Venue of the Workshop was Khudadad hotel, Muzaffarabad AJK. Guest speakers were Mr Waleed shaikh (Project Manager shaoor foundation),President Youth Parliament of Pakistan Mr Ubaid Qureshi and Syeda Tahreem Bukhari.
Topics of the discussion were mainly about responsible activism , political tolerance, Mental Health, Effective use of Social media, Tolerance and Peace.
